YOUTH MINISTRY

Calvary Chapel has a growing group of youth who meet weekly for a time of fun and fellowship. We have programs that cater for both senior and junior youth.
If you're looking to meet Christian youth who genuinely love God, then come visit us and be a part of the Calvary Chapel Youth Group.
Our teens are living in a society of fast moving sights, wild sounds, high-tech toys, and low-tech values. Through our youth department, we are striving to make a difference.
We strive for unity and fellowship among our youth for we realise it must be the youth of today to press toward the mark of the high calling facing us tomorrow!

MEN'S MINISTRY
The objectives of the Men's Ministry are to promote and encourage men to assume their biblical roles and responsibilities by providing fellowship, support and teaching. The Men's Ministry meets regularly throughout the year for activities as diverse as camps, fishing trips, cricket games, prayer meetings and trivia nights. A prayer meeting is held at 7am each Friday.
The desire of the Men's Ministry is that every man would be a godly man and achieve his full potential in God.
SUNDAY SCHOOL / CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Strengthening a Godly heritage so that the children attending Calvary Chapel Sunday School will:
1. Be active in Evangelism
We believe that every child should be willing to be a bold witness for Jesus and to allow their life to be used to bring glory to God and salvation to others.
2. Be knowledgeable in God's Word
We believe every child should be solidly knowledgeable of God's Word through systematic teaching by Godly leaders.
3. Experience the New Birth
We believe that every child needs to follow God's command to: repent; be baptized in water in Jesus name; and be endued with power for their Christian walk by receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost.
4. Be powerful in Prayer
We believe every child should be a powerful prayer warrior through regular opportunities of seeing God answer their prayers.
5. Be radical in Worship
We believe every child should intimately worship God through well-chosen, age appropriate songs, lifting their hands and worshipping Him.
6. Be involved in Service
We believe every child should be taught their value of service in God's kingdom through opportunities to exercise their talents and abilities as they minister to others.
7. Be sacrificial in Giving
We believe that every child should be taught to pray for and sacrificially give to help reach the lost people of the world.

SENIORS MINISTRY
Seniors (PRIMETIMERS) Ministry provides friendship, support and spiritual growth to those over 55. PRIMETIMERS offer many opportunities for anyone fifty-five years of age or older who is working or retired …. able or disabled …. married or single …. rich or poor, to be strengthened and encouraged every day in their walk with God.
The Senior's Ministry is designed to serve the needs of the senior adults members of Calvary Chapel and their friends. We want to ensure that no one is lost or forgotten, even if they are confined to their own home or an assisted living facility.
They enjoy luncheons with guest speakers, as well as outings to local attractions such as Floriade.
The Seniors' Ministry meets the first and third Wednesday of each month.
For more information about the Senior' Ministry, please contact the church office on (02) 6281 2330 or via email at office@calvarychapel.com.au
DEAF MINISTRY
Outreaching Hands is the Deaf Ministry at Calvary Chapel. We would love to welcome you if you are looking for somewhere to fellowship.
Our goal is to provide deaf and hard-of-hearing persons the opportunity to receive God's Word in their own language. To begin and develop a personal relationship with Jesus and to be an active part of a growing group of Christians seeking to serve Jesus Christ. We offer an environment where communication is top priority so that the deaf and hard-of-hearing might experience fellowship, encouragement and understanding of the Bible and God's purpose and plan for their lives.
It is our desire to reach out to the Deaf in our community. Romans 10:14 tells us, "How shall they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?"
God has blessed individuals with many different talents and it is our job to use whatever He has given us for His Kingdom. Our burden is to reach those individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
All services at Calvary Chapel are interpreted to give the opportunity to worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth.
The opportunity to unite through praise and worship to the Lord is a part of every service and activity at Calvary Chapel. The Hearing in the church are encouraged to learn Sign Language to be able to fellowship with their brothers and sisters who cannot hear.
Both the Hearing and Deaf can share the same powerful Spirit of God that knows no boundaries!
